Lightsey Family - December 16, 2009

I created this image on Wednesday during a shoot with the lightsey Family. I am starting to realize that my style is that of a photojournalist. While posed photographs can be shot well, I would much rather capture an individual in their purest form. My process is very natural and organic. I rarely pre-produce an image but rather let the energy and dynamic of the individuals I am shooting guide me to the place of exposure. More shoots coming soon...
